Welcome to I.F.A (Insight Football Academy). I.F.A has been developed to promote, grow, develop, and teach the game of Football in the province of Nova Scotia. A well-rounded Coaching staff with unique and diverse backgrounds have come together to teach the next generation of Nova Scotia football players the fundamental athletics skills, mental demeanor and work ethic to be successful while promoting high levels of competition in a safe environment. We are proud to say that we are sanctioned under Football Nova Scotia and are privileged to be able to assist in the growth of our game.

 

This program has been built to focus on building athletes from a base level, with focus on fundamentals, safe techniques and understanding of basic football scheme. The intention is that by the time our athletes leave our academy and training sessions they are better equipped to join, compete, and shine within their community, High School or Provincial football organization and at the collegiate level.

 

We aim to introduce our athletes to new positions, new skills, new understandings of the game of football and the demands/sacrifices that are required to perform at the highest level possible. We look forward to building this sport together, building the I.F.A brand and introducing Nova Scotia to a new pathway of development  within the province.
