Service Description

Speed Kills Agility Terrorizes. The original Professional Speed Program is still running over 20 years later. IFA proudly presents SKAT for our Speed School 2024. The original program created by the Ultimate Athlete Company continues. 5 Micro Cycles properly phased over the Summer to peak the football athlete directly for camp. Phases include Stride-Strike-Start, Stride Strength-Frequency, Stride Power, Compete/Condition, and Position Specific Conditioning. Exercises progress from instructional/technical right through to maximizing skill and reducing injury. Spaces are limited to 40 athletes per group.
